Russia - visas, visa support and registration



You have two choices: to process your visa on your own or let it do "Info Travel, Inc."

1. If you choose to process your visa on your own, you will need an invitation letter faxed/emailed to you.

The following prices are applied:

$25/$40 for single/double entry visa valid up to one month

One year - multiple entry visa could be arranged as well, please contact Info Travel

For visa support we need the following information:

Last name
First name(s)
Sex
Date of birth
Passport number
Citizenship
Arrival date
Departure date
Cities you plan to visit

If you want to receive your invitation by fax it will be extra charge $5.
If you need express mail delivery the price is determined by the country.

2. If you choose "Info Travel, Inc." do it for you.

The following prices include consulate fees, processing fees, return express mail to you in the USA.

In order to process your visa we will need:

1. Copy of your passport
2. Three passport-size photos
3. Visa application form filled out

Types of visas:
tourist visa (up to one month with maximum of two entries)
business/cultural visa (up to 3 months with maximum of two entries or 12 months visa with unlimited number of entries)

Tourist visa cost (depends on the processing time)

This time doesn't include express mail time. So, in order to calculate the total time before you get your visa, being on a safe side - add 1-2 days to the time above.

Second entry is free for 2 weeks processing.


Three months visa - $225, processing time - 30 business days.

One-year/multiple entry visa - it takes 30 business days on the russian side plus 10-12 days in Russian consulate in USA - your cost is $450.00

 

VISA REGISTRATION

Visa registration costs approximately $35 in St. Petersburg and Moscow.

PLEASE NOTE:

Foreign visitors need to register their visas during first three days after arrival to Russia.
The first day is counted as one no matter what time of the day you got in; weekends and holidays are not counted.

UNREGISTERED VISA:

If you leave Russia with an unregistered visa the custom officials have a right to fine you. The sum of the penalty is high and it is the subject to their discretion. It might be around $150.

EXPIRED VISA:

You will not be allowed to leave Russia with an expired visa. You will have to pay a big fine to get an exit permit. This procedure will take you several days at least and you will miss your flight.
